To check 9mobile data balance, there are about two different methods to follow.

Method 1 

·         Dial *228# and 9mobile network will automatically send you your data balance almost immediately.
  
Method 2

·         Send “Bal” to 228 as a text message and 9mobile network will reply you with the data balance of your internet plan.

      check the code you sent. or are you not in Nigeria? if you send the code correctly the network will send you message telling how many MB you have left and the expiry date.
