How To Add Facebook Chat Window In Firefox Sidebar

With Facebook chat in your Firefox sidebar, you don’t have to minimize your Facebook chat window if you want browse some other stuff on the internet.

Follow this cool trick below to place a Facebook chat window on the left side of your Firefox sidebar while you continue browsing your favourite websites on the right side of your screen simultaneously.

Step 1:

Click on “bookmarks” in the menu bar of your web browser.

Step 2:

Click “organize bookmarks”, if you don’t find “organize bookmarks” type Ctrl+shift+B to open “organize bookmarks”

Step 3:

Click “new bookmark” and enter the details below

-          In the name field enter “facebook chat window”

-          In the location field enter “www.facebook.com/presence/popout.php ,

-          then enable the checkbox “load this bookmark in sidebar” and click add.

Step 4:

Go to the menu bar on your browser, click on “bookmarks>facebook chat window> start chatting
